Code of Conduct

At Constitution Phoenix, we believe that open, respectful debate is essential to a functioning democracy. This platform exists to identify how society can better uphold and embody the principles of the U.S. Constitution. By commenting here, you commit to fostering productive dialogue—not destructive division.

💬 1. Speak With Respect

  • Disagree without demeaning. Personal attacks, name-calling, and inflammatory rhetoric derail progress.
  • Address arguments, not identities. Your perspective matters—so does every contributor’s right to be heard.

🚫 2. Prohibited Conduct
We strictly prohibit:

  • Threats of violence or harm
  • Harassment or intimidation
  • Hate speech or discriminatory slurs
  • Obscene, sexually explicit, or excessively profane content

Note: Disagreement is not hate.

🧠 3. Contribute Constructively

  • Cite sources when possible. Elevate facts, not just opinions.
  • Don’t spam, troll, or derail discussions with unrelated commentary.

> Note: Political speech, including dissent and critique, is welcome—provided it honors these boundaries.

🕶 4. Anonymity & Identity

  • You may remain anonymous or use a pseudonym.
  • Impersonation and doxxing are strictly forbidden.

✅ 5. Truthfulness & Fact-Checking

  • Share information responsibly.
  • Distinguish between facts and opinions—provide context or citations when making claims.
  • Repeated disinformation may result in moderation action.

🛡 6. Moderation Standards

  • Moderators ensure the space remains focused, respectful, and true to its mission. They will:
  • Enforce violations without regard to ideology
  • Issue warnings and remove harmful content
  • Ban users who repeatedly ignore community standards
  • > Appeals and feedback can be submitted via [insert email or link].

🗣 7. Free Expression, Firm Standards

  • We uphold freedom of speech—but not freedom from consequence.
  • Diverse viewpoints are essential.
  • “Inclusiveness” means all sides can engage without fear, not that certain ideas get a free pass from scrutiny.
  • Accusations used to silence dissent are themselves a form of suppression.

🧭 8. Liberty Is Not a Weapon

  • Using one’s freedom to suppress another’s is a perversion of the very liberty this platform honors.
  • All voices deserve space—if shared respectfully.
  • Forceful speech that aims to silence others violates both the spirit and the letter of our community standards.
  • “Freedom that curtails another’s freedom isn’t freedom—it’s tyranny.

At Constitution Phoenix, we:

  • Advocate for a return to constitutional literacy and original intent
  • Expose efforts—overt and covert—that challenge the rule of law, individual rights, and national identity
  • Call citizens to be not only informed, but engaged: watching not only what changes are being proposed, but who is behind them—and why

This is not a neutral platform. It is a principled one—committed to truth, clarity, and the renewal of a republic rooted in moral law and individual liberty.
